Affordance will develop a game for the next permanent exhibit of the Montreal Science Centre
On September 1st, 2015, the Affordance team won a call for projects to develop an educational game for the Montreal Science Centre. The project will be created in collaboration with the MSC team as well as the Virtual Museum of Canada and the Old Port of Montreal Corporation.
Always up for a little investigative game design, Team Affordance went to a covert location to learn more about the place that inspired the Montreal Science Centre game idea.
While the game theme is still a heavily guarded secret, we can tell you that it will be integrated to the new permanent exhibit and made available online for December 1st, 2016. We can also tell you that the game will involve the integration of a virtual reality game experience into the museum’s collection. So it’s exactly the kind of project that we dream about!
