The UX/UI artist will be responsible for making game environments for web applications. The game environments will include creating avatars and game interfaces as well as proposing motion design and animations. He / she will have to regularly communicate with the creative director during the design phase while will working effectively with the development team to meet deadlines in the production pipeline.
The candidate will also actively participate in artistic decisions with a team of passionate creators to ship engaging and unique game experiences for our users.
Designing game art and characters
Creating game interface mock-ups (UI/UX)
Improve game interfaces for ergonomy and accessibility
Research and propose motion design concepts
Create animations for web games
Strong skills in Photoshop and/or Illustrator;
Artistic creativity (drawing by hand or digitally);
Ability to design ergnomic interfaces;
Experience in 2D animation;
Strong understanding of integration pipelines;
Ability to communicate orally in French and English.
Experience with Adobe After Effects is an asset;
Experience with PHP and Python is an asset;
Skills in HTML5 and CSS3 is an asset;
Strong artistic sensibilities
Autonomy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team
A portfolio is required.
